"I heard about this from a friend...what is it again?"

Well, first of all, I'm not a chef and I'm certainly not a baker. I don't even like to cook that much -ha! -but, for real, I don't. I'm just a mom, an artist and designer who needed a side gig and who happens to make a killer chicken pot pie. In January of 2020, I let this little known hidden talent of mine out of the bag when I needed a way to pay for a new alternator for my son's car, and it just took off from there. So, a few days a week, between painting and design work, or as my budget allows, I make pot pies that are ready for you to bake at  home or store in your freezer. I prepare them. You pick them up in my alley behind my condo in the 15th & Boston area of Tulsa and take them home to pop in your oven. My signature dish is my Classic Chicken Pot Pie. It's the one that started it all. Occasionally, I'll make some other flavors and some other items, but, for the most part, it's all about the Classic Chicken Pot Pie. There's no set menu or set days or hours because, like I mentioned above, I don't like to cook that much and definitely not all the time...I make a batch of something when I can and I let you know on Facebook when I have them. And because I just make small batches at a time, when they're gone, they're gone.  If you look at my Facebook page at past posts, you'll get a really good idea of how it all works.

It sounds a lot more complicated than it is, I promise!

Just follow That Pie Chick on Facebook!

"Can I see your menu?"

You could if I had one, but, I don't. I don't have a set menu, set days or set hours. I just post on Facebook when I've made something and when they are ready to go. Classic Chicken Pot Pie is the mainstay - it's what I make the most and the one that I always try to have on hand. Other flavors depend on several things... like how much space I have in my freezer, the weather, what's seasonal, holidays, my budget, etc...

"So, how do I order a pot pie?"

Well, you don't, really -you wait until I post on Facebook that I've made some and you sign up on that post

until they're all spoken for, and when I'm out I'm out and it's on to the next time. There are no set days.

When I put a post up, you can reserve yours in the comment section of that post.

You don't even have to pre-pay - but, you do have to pick it up that day. If you forget to pick it up,

or something comes up, no worries. I just put your order back into the inventory for my next post.

"I saw your post on Facebook, will you hold one for me until Friday?"

No, I'm sorry. My posts are meant for that particular day only. I don't have freezer space to hold pies to be picked up later in the week. If I did that, I wouldn't have room to restock the freezer with a new batch of pies.

And also, I live pie-to-pie. My goal is to sell everything I make the day I have them ready.

"I need a Chicken Pot Pie for two weeks from tomorrow... can I order that?"

Well, no, that's not how I do it on my regular size large or minis.

(#1) because I don't know what I'll be doing two weeks from tomorrow and

(#2) I don't make them one at a time, I make them by the batch.

But, you can always grab one before hand on the days I've got them and store it in your freezer!

"I'm having a party..."

So, while I don't take pre-orders for single pies, there are items I do take pre-orders for.

Expecting a crowd for holiday gatherings, parties, luncheons, etc...? Yes, I can do that!

I can even custom decorate and personalize the tops with special wording, floral designs, etc...

Contact me and we can discuss the menu and options.

Pot Pie Casseroles: Classic Chicken / Ham & Cheese /  Roasted Vegetable

Breakfast Casserole: Sausage, Egg & Cheese

Pielette appetizers (4 dozen min) Spinach Artichoke / Spicy Pimento Cheese / Tomato Basil

Ham & Cheese / Jalapeno Popper (no chicken) / Classic Chicken

Pre-ordered Large Pot Pies minimum of 6 /  Mini pot pies minimum of 12 (all the same flavor)

I will need at least 3-5 days in advance to prepare, especially if I need to change up my schedule a bit.

"I need one without onions and a gluten-free one and one without dairy"

I'm sorry.

"I want an apple pie, a peach pie and a cherry pie.  Why don't you make fruit pies?"

Well, I don't make them because I don't like them. And if I don't like them, how am I going to know if I

make a good one? It's quite the conundrum. Except that it's not. I'm not a bakery. I'm not even a baker. I just do what I  do and I don't do what I don't do. With the exception of a killer Jamaican Fudge Pie and some pie crust cookies I do now and then, I'm just not a sweet pie / fruity pie girl.
